Introduction

Globalization has been the way of operation to point that country remains dependent on each other for their social, economic and political development. The globalization has been adopted by the fact that it defines the freedom that exists in the transfer and movement of services, products, and other mentioned stuff across the different countries borders. It, therefore, means that globalization’s cut across to refer to the process of the global political, cultural, social and economic integration. This has enabled the breaking of the country borders and making the entire world a small village that any person, service or product can be moved around regardless of the origin nor the destination (Almas, 2003). The globalization got into the existence during the early development of the transport and communication technology which got to the realization that the existing national borders were limiting to the most economic activities. The technology has been growing, educational standards and level have been improving with the most sensitive part the world economy. The activities provided the necessity of getting the world integrated as one which defines globalization. The globalization is outlined with different impacts both the negative and positive to countries. Especially the developing countries are the area of interest to the fact that globalization is highly changing the regions. Before the analysis of the globalization impacts, we take a look at the basic impacts that countries experience with the world globalization.

Impacts of Globalizations

Globalization has been termed as a contentious process that has brought a new era in the21st century through which persons and nations are easily interconnected. This has become the area of interest by many scholars seen the school debates are revolving around the ideology of globalization. The interconnection does exist between the countries that are underlined with different and unique cultures, heritage and carte thus the persons within the entire world remains updated of the unique and relevant information. The major areas that globalization has brought its advancement are the area of transportation, infrastructure, and the telecommunication systems, for example, we can talk of the advancement in the technology that has moved from the use of the broadband telephone lines to the current wireless mobile phones that can easily access the global network. According to the Canadian writer in the 1960s Marshall McLuhan, he referred to the global society as a global village where people that live in the different parts of the were can share some ideas values and beliefs. He opts to refer to globalization as a colonization mode that a liberating force (Deepak, 2009). However, there are some identical impacts that globalization offers to many countries which are the area of interest to have their understanding and develop an analysis of them alongside their impact on the international management practice.

Globalization is underlined with inevitable effects on the economic growth to nations in the form of impacting the industry, technology and the communications amongst many other areas. We have the identification in the rapid growth to have the countries experience better economy. There is the rapid development of the nation’s capital market such that through the foreign exchange earned a country stands to have a better-improved economy. The tourism section has been an area that has improved the moved economies of nations with the sharing of ideas on how to preserve the natural environment. The economy of the nation also depends on the environmental status. The pollutions from the industrious nations and the political conflicts have affected the economy growth as there stands the instability (Marković, 2012).

Countries have realized the advancement in technology especially the developing nations have benefited with the introduction of new technologies. The technologies and the advancement in the telecommunication sector such as the introduction of the satellites, mobile that are all used worldwide defines what globalization has done to the countries. There is the brilliant identification of easy sharing of resources and easy communication through the technology advancement. Many programs have been developed. It can be realized that organizations has=ve grown worldwide because of the easy communication amongst the sub-branches.

Development and research define the economic state of a nation as well as the level of maintaining the environment and reducing the pollutions. Globalization has brought about the introduction of new scientific research patterns that has enabled the undertaking of research from all parts of the world to understand easy and outline the possible solutions to the areas affecting the general stability of a nation. One can take the example of the United States of America taking a research on behalf of the central Africa republic a poor and underdeveloped country so that the area of interest is improved (Careerride, n.d).

Globalizations rotates about the improving the living standards of the world’s habitats. The health sector is another are that has greatly improved just because of the reunion and the integration of the world nations. There are so many health organizations that are operating worldwide to ensure that best health services are delivered to the global village citizen. Take the scenario of the Amref, a world organization that has rapidly provided support during disaster occurrences such as the Katarina Hurricane and other bad situations. There is the current Zika virus infection in Brazil where the entire world is responding to ensure that a solution is provided. Back in the West Africa where there was the experience of the Ebola virus, the US, and France played a big role in controlling the disease. All the happenings are defined by globalization.

The transportation sector is another area of interest that has been boosted with the opening of borders to allow the easy movement of crafts from one nation to another. The connection of nations using the electric rail has been another boost, and all the actions refer to the early realization of globalization (Lee,  & Vivarelli, 2006).

Despite that globalization has some negative effects on countries in such a way that due to the competition that will emerge, there will be the losing the nation that will suffer. There is the realization of too much flow of capital amongst the countries, and this introduces the unfair and the immoral habits distribution of the income. There is the fear of many nations losing the national integrity with the fact that there is the experience of too much exchange of products, trade, and thus failing to boost and rely on the local productions. This also affects the independent domestic governing policies (McCubbrey, 2016).

Analysis of the globalization impacts

Globalization is underlined with many impacts to countries that their grouping provides a list of both the negative and the positive effects. The analysis takes a cut cross on the three major areas of interest that are quite sensitive, and this includes the globalization impact on the nation’s economic and the trade processes, the education and the health systems, the culture effects, technological impacts and the environmental management. Globalization has greatly helped the developing countries to deal with the entire world by increasing the developing countries economic growth with the aid in reducing the poverty levels in those countries. 60% of the developing countries are experiencing the economy growth based on the identification of the impacts that globalization’s is offering to them as a mention, the Rwanda; Kenya countries act as evidence. The trades have increased with the formation of trade unions and organizations. In Africa, there is the COMESA, SADIC trade unions that provide controls on how other countries can impact on the economies of others. The population of 80% of nations involved in international trade unions is having a tremendous economic growth. The World Bank and the International Management are in the front in advising nations to consider moving by the take of large loans to realize the radical changes and also making market reforms. 90% of developed countries are investing in developing countries, and this has reduced the level of poverty.

Education and health are another areas of interest; the study has shown that western countries which developed have allowed more than 30% of their university study scholars to the student from other nations. The nation offers the scholarship on a free basis to get the student swell equipped so as to take the necessary education and knowledge to their nations. Besides that the international schools and universities populations in developing countries have increased from 1.5% to 12% since 2003. The number is tremendously increasing, and this defines how globalization is standardizing the world education as it’s the right of any citizen to get access to education. The health sector is another area that the world is collaborating. Through the foreign markets developing nations are acquiring medicinal support at sub-standardized prices. 95% of the medical application and equipment found in the health facilities sin developing countries comes from the developed nations with the United States and India leading in medicine manufacture. Out of the 95%, more than 20% comes in as donations to different health centers. We have the organization of the flying doctors that have no boundaries, and they operate globally to rich citizens in the remote areas where the infrastructure is not well developed.

Technologically, globalization stands the booster in the sector with the realization of the easy flow of information. Technology has improved all sectors in any country. When we talk about education, transport the economy, the health sector depends on the technology. In developed countries, 90% of the countries departments are depending and deploying different technologies. This has initiated the developing countries also to move towards the digital 21st-century world. The design of application and infrastructure has been made easier. 95% of technologically based products are quality and environmentally friendly compared to manual and traditional applied techniques. The easy access to the global network has enabled the easy sharing of information. Currently, the networking depended on the IPv4 technology that limited the number of IP addresses that allowed the devices to connect to the global network, but now we talk of the IPv6 that has an unlimited number of IP addresses that can get assigned to devices. A single square meter 1M2 contains more than a billion IP addresses. More than 60% of the world populations do access internet the number has increased from the 40%. The increment is being realized in the African developing countries.

The environment is a great area of interest as it determines the destiny of everything. The world Nobel peace prize has brought about the efforts of the entire world in protecting the environment. The world does celebrate different dates of the world tree planting, with the current debates about the global warming. 90% of the environment pollution is associated with human activities and the world through the UNEP, and the G7 nations are developing policies to control the massive emissions in space from the industry countries. France is collaborating the world to control the aspect of pollution. This clearly shows that the world is taking the 70% of the environment concerns less of the 40% that each nation does to protect the environment.

The factors are also associated with the impact of the international management practice. The international management practice takes into considerations of the factors such that it provides a good understanding of the countries to as they follow the required standards and policies that govern the activities. We have the ISO that certifies all the activities that nations undertake to ensure that the world remains a small village that works together.

Conclusion

Globalization is associated with the freedom that exists amongst nations that break boundaries that do exist within adjacent nations. The activities associated with globalization, have greatly impacted on nation’s status. We can blame the existence of globalization only that some aspects should not get exaggerated to lose of the values that have sustained the cultural cohesion that has existed amongst nations. Despite that globalization remains the only savior to most of the developing nations as they stand to get the required stabilization.
